Kristina “LADY FURY” Grundy
Kristina “Fury” Grundy grew up all over the country as an Air Force child. Moving to Nashville, TN in 2000, she attended Trevecca Nazarene University where she earned a B.S. in Interpersonal Communications.
Fury was one of the founding members of the Nashville Rollergirls and skated professionally under the moniker “Lady Fury” for 10 years. A life changing experience, as the derby world grew, so did she, and her passion for health and fitness inspired her to complete her Certified Personal Training under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2012! “Getting healthy and fit is not hard when you are doing something you love. You just have to find what works for you!” Fury was recruited by OrangeTheory Fitness in 2013 and is proud to be one of the first coaches in Tennessee! “My super power? I have ability to give others the tools and motivation to empower themselves, I have the best job ever!” In her spare time, Fury still announces games for the Nashville Rollergirls, has worked at an emcee for local radio station Lightning 100 and various other events in Nashville.
