— communicating with volunteers before the event,
— creating a volunteer schedule for volunteer shifts on March 1st and March 2nd,
Ideally, 2-3 people will tackle this role together, so if you have a friend or colleague with whom you love working, apply together and have a blast meeting new people together through our community of talented volunteers. If you don’t know already have a “partner-in-crime” in mind, don’t worry, we will work to create a team of volunteer managers so you don’t have to tackle this alone — unless of course you want to be our one and only volunteer community champion!
